Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic and Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing compelling social media assets and visually striking website designs, balancing creativity with strategic adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Design:

• Develop eye-catching visuals for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align designs with campaign goals and brand voice.
• Optimize designs for various formats, including static posts, stories, and carousel ads.

Web Design (figma):

• Create intuitive and visually appealing website designs (in Figma) that enhance user experience and align with client branding.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional websites.
• Stay updated on web design trends and best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design.

Brand Development:

• Assist in creating cohesive branding materials, including logos, typography, and style guides.
• Contribute to multi-channel campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Project Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing strategists, and project managers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Consistency and quality of delivered design assets.
• Client satisfaction with design work.
• Adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
• Engagement metrics for social media visuals (e.g., likes, shares, impressions).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic and web design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Bonus if you can design on Elementor Pro.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate any issues early and often.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media assets and website designs.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
