    Client Context

    Swipe Flow Social is a challenger SaaS platform in the link-in-bio category, built for content creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses who rely on short-form video to drive engagement and sales.

    Unlike traditional link-in-bio tools that redirect users to static link pages, Swipe Flow allows creators to upload short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts directly into their bio experience — to better influence action.

    The Challenge

    • Entering a crowded market dominated by well-funded incumbents
    • No validated product or proven demand
    • No clear MVP scope or technical roadmap
    • Need to move fast to validate the concept before further investment

    Objective

    The goal was to rapidly validate a new product concept, launch a minimum viable product centered around short-form video, and bring the platform to market fast enough to attract users and secure additional investment.
